Its My Party for Kids LLC Policies and Terms of Service
Reservations: In order to confirm availability for your desired party date we suggest that you contact us at least 3-4 weeks in advance since reservations are booked on a first come basis. Once you have selected the date and time for your party we will hold your reservation for one week while you finalize your guest list, sign our policy agreement and return everything to us with your deposit. Once we receive your deposit we will begin to finalize your party date with our one-of-a-kind party invitations confirming your special day.
Deposit: A non refundable $75 deposit is required to secure your party date.
Forms of Payment: We will accept cash, check or money orders made payable to Its My Party For Kids, LLC. The remainder of the balance is due no later than the day of the party. We are currently not accepting credit cards for a source of payment at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Gratuity/Tipping: Its My Party For Kids, LLC, does NOT require gratuity or tipping; it is completely up to the party to do so at will. We do appreciate the generous offer if done so.
RSVP Confirmation: It is important that you contact us at least 5 days before your party date so that we are able to verify your final guest list. This list will determine the number of party favors, table settings and costumes that are needed for the event.
Minimum/Maximum attendance: It's My Party For Kids LLC, has planned its party activities around an attendance of 8 to 12 children. Parties with less than 8 children or more than 10 children (but no more than 12) will be charged accordingly.
Number of Final Guests that attend: We will charge for the number of guests that you included in your FINAL RSVP confirmation. If some guests do not show up you will still be charged for them if they were included in your final confirmation prior to the party.
Late Arrivals: It is important to remind your guests to show up on time or a few minutes early so that everyone can participate and be involved in your childs special day. Due to scheduling and to ensure that everyone gets their full amount of party time, we ask that if guests arrive late that they must move forward to the task at hand; we regret that we cannot allow them to go back and catch up on art activities or projects that have been completed already.
Guest Attire: Its My Party For Kids LLC asks that girls arrive wearing leotards or bathing suits under their clothing so that our costumes will fit over that. We do not require nor allow children to remove their clothing in order to wear our costumes. If boys are attending we ask that they put their costume on over their clothes.
Adult Attendance at Party: We need to have the parent(s) of the household where the party is being thrown to be home and in attendance during the initial party. Other parents or adults are welcomed to stay, however we ask that they respect the childrens space and keep distractions to a minimum. The parties operate on a tight timely schedule and we would like to be able to have the full time allotted to complete the party.
Outdoor Parties: During nice weather we will allow parties to take place outside if enough space is provided so that costumes are not at risk of being dragged or stepped on in grass, dirt, mud or other external factors. We encourage that the children keep the costumes on dry clean surfaces, and will not permit costumes to be worn on grassy or wet turf. If costumes are damaged from being worn outside, the client will be held responsible for the cost.
Parties Held at a Hall, Recreation Center, Party Room, etc: Its My Party For Kids, LLC books parties for approximately 2 hrs per party. The client will be charged for the full rate even if the room being rented is not for the same time period. Please remember that parking should be considered since we will have some heavy and sometimes bulky objects to carry in. If you are booking at a rented space please arrive early so that there are no issues with checking into the provided space.
Cancellations and Rescheduling (due to weather/illness): If the weather presents a problem with vision and driving ability Its My Party For Kids LLC reserves the right to reschedule the party for another date. If the client decides to cancel due to weather or illness the $75 deposit will be nonrefundable and extra charges may apply if new invitations or the RSVP confirmation includes more guests then originally planned.
Travel Fee: If Its My Party For Kids, LLC has to travel more than 25 miles(we reside in North Royalton) to reach your party destination there will be a $20.00 fuel surcharge that will be added to the final bill which is due the day of the party.
Liability: By participating in an It's My Party For Kids LLC function, all participants assume the risks of the activity or event, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defection equipment or property, owned, maintained, or controlled by them, from conditions, whether known or unknown to them regarding allergies or other risk or injury that may be associated with food items served by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.
Participants agree to waive any claims for damages, personal injuries, or any other claims whatsoever.
All participants certify that they are physically fit to participate in all activities or events, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. Participants certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude participation in this activity of event.
Participants indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity or event caused by negligence or otherwise.
Damage to Equipment, Costumes, or Other Materials During Party: We understand that accidents may occur but we have the right to charge the client for extreme damages done to costumes or other materials that are the property of Its My Party For Kids LLC while on the party premises.
Other Considerations: Its My Party For Kids LLC will provide table and chairs for the party if enough notice is given that this necessity is needed. It is recommended that this be done during your initial booking of your party.
We also would like you to consider the following:
•Please provide for ample space and separate areas for eating and activities. We recommend at least two different areas so that the food table is not in the way of the art or activities.
•Provide a place for extra parents to stand/sit during the party so that the children are not distracted by their presence.
•Please provide a smoke and pet free area for the duration of the party.
•Please provide at least 2 electrical outlets close by for electrical equipment
•Please leave us enough parking space so that we may have an easier time setting/cleaning up the party
